What is The Process Intensive?

The Process Intensive is a full-day immersive experience centered on technique, artistry, the choreographic process, and performance.

Designed for dancers who want to deepen their training in a growth-centered environment, this intensive emphasizes process over pressure and the journey from studio to stage.

The program takes place over two separate one-day intensives:

  • Day 1 Saturday, October 10, 2026: Beginner–Intermediate Levels (Ages 11–14)

  • Day 2 Sunday, October 11, 2026: Intermediate–Advanced Levels (Ages 15–18)

Each day includes diverse, high-quality training in multiple genres, including ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, and pro-style/commercial dance. Dancers will focus on strengthening technical foundations, expanding versatility, and building performance confidence across styles.

Following technique classes, dancers will engage in a guided choreographic process led by two professional choreographers. This collaborative experience allows students to explore movement creation, musicality, staging, and storytelling, culminating in an end-of-day showcase for teachers, instructors, and family members.

Registration for The Process Intensive will open on June 1, 2026.

For Studio Owners, Directors, and Instructors

The Process Intensive is designed to complement studio training - not compete with it.

We believe strong dance communities grow when studios collaborate, support one another, and create opportunities for dancers to expand their training in new environments.

Studio directors, owners, and instructors are welcome to observe class with advance registration. We value transparency and partnership while maintaining a focused, respectful learning space for dances.

Studio Participation Recognition

Studios sending multiple dancers will receive:

Reserved showcase seating for the director

Priority early registration access for the following year

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each day is limited to 40 dancers to ensure a focused and high-quality experience.

    If capacity is reached, registration will close and a waitlist will open. Dancers will be contacted in order of waitlist registration if space becomes available.

  • The Process Intensive is divided by age and training level:

    Day 1 – Beginner to Intermediate (Ages 11–14)
    Day 2 – Intermediate to Advanced (Ages 15–18)

    If your dancer is between levels, please contact us prior to registering. We’re happy to discuss training background and help determine the best placement to ensure a positive and appropriately challenging experience.

    Final placement decisions are made at the discretion of Limitless Dance Experience to maintain the integrity of each level.

  • To maintain a focused and professional training environment, classes and the choreographic process are closed to parents and additional guests.

    All families and supporters are invited to attend the end-of-day showcase performance.

    Studio directors and instructors may observe classes with advance registration.

  • The Process Intensive is carefully structured by age and level to ensure a focused and appropriately challenging experience for all dancers.

    If a change request is necessary, it must be submitted in writing prior to the event. Day changes are not guaranteed and are subject to age eligibility, level placement, and available space.

    To maintain the quality of each session, final placement decisions remain at the discretion of Limitless Dance Experience.

  • Yes. Professional showcase video access will be available for purchase and delivered digitally following the event.

  • Dancers should wear form-fitting dancewear appropriate for movement.


    Ballet shoes, jazz shoes, sneakers, and any required footwear for multiple styles should be brought.

    Full attire details will be sent after registration.

  • No lunch will be provided. Dancers should bring a packed lunch, snacks, and water bottle.


    There will be a scheduled lunch break.

  • All registrations for The Process Intensive are non-refundable.

    Due to limited capacity and advance venue commitments, we are unable to issue refunds once registration is completed.

    However, if a dancer is unable to attend, the following options may be available:

    • Registration may be transferred to the following year’s intensive, subject to availability.
    • Registration may be transferred to another dancer within the same studio, with written notice prior to the event.
    • In the case of documented medical emergencies, a credit may be considered at the discretion of Limitless Dance Experience.

    Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days prior to the event.

    No credits or transfers will be issued after the intensive has taken place.
